Was it the cool May in Central Europe or were there other reasons for the numerous new publications of the month of May – nobody knows. In order to give you a better overview, these novelties are sorted below for the individual orchestra forms and instrument groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Starting with symphonic wind orchestra<\/strong> notes, about 100 new works were recorded. Of these about 60 for harmony music<\/a>, 11 for fanfare orchestra<\/a>, and more than 20 for brass bands<\/a>. Additionally there are some works for small wind ensemble<\/a> (Bohemian ensemble), and two works for young bands<\/a> (school orchestra).<\/p>\n\n

There are more than 20 new releases<\/a> for string orchestras<\/strong>, all with easy to advanced levels of difficulty. Scores, sound samples, complete recordings, work descriptions and videos are also offered.<\/p>\n\n

There are more than 30 new releases<\/a> in the ensemble<\/strong> sheet music sector, ranging from string ensembles to saxophone groups, brass and alphorn groups.<\/p>\n\n

Two works were recorded for choir, namely the Nunc Dimittis<\/a> by Arvo P\u00e4rt (SATB acap.) and the What Child is This<\/a> in the arrangement by David Willcock for solo voice, SATB choir and wind orchestra (opt. with organ or strings).<\/p>\n\n

More than 50 new publications<\/a> can be found in the category “educational and solo literature”. There is a collection of sheet music from guitar to ukulele, piano to organ, all kinds of string instruments and of course brass and woodwind instruments.<\/p>\n\n
